How can I be sure my Credit Card details are safe?
This site is powered by the SecureTrading payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. The web address will now begin with https: instead of http: and you will notice a little padlock symbol has appeared on your bottom toolbar. No-one can see your details except you.

I am having problems ordering, what do I do?
If you click on the "Buy Now" link and get no response, it may be because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com . If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then it is likely you are either using a very old version of your browser, in which case you should upgrade, or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator to help you or order from home.

Will my personal details remain confidential?
You may be assured that all personal and payment details provided in connection with Andrew Jones Pies n' Pasties purchase will remain strictly confidential and will not be passed to any third party.

Shipping Policy
Goods will only be shipped to an address including full postcode in the mainland UK. For other addresses please contact us before placing the order. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event this is not possible you will be notified of any delays by email or telephone.

Returns Policy
If for any reason your order is not suitable we will make a full refund of the price of the goods only providing the goods are returned to us unopended, shipping prepaid in the original packing together with a copy of the invoice within 3 days of the invoice date.

Refunds will only be made by credit to the account from which the invoice was paid. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us first before returning any items.
